These are yummy, and a nice change from our normal shrek shakes. A great way for my kids to get their good fat and calcuim.
bananas, peeled & frozen (one per person - mine weren't frozen)
frozen strawberries or blueberries (optional)
1/4 cup unsweetened soy/almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon of ground flax seed per person
1 tablespoon of crushed walnuts per person
